Is anyone missing their dog?

Yesterday, my neighbor alerted me about a dog that was under a truck in our neighborhood. My neighbor makes his rounds every morning to feed the small cat colony we have and is familiar with all the neighborhood pets. Another neighbor told him that this baby was there since the day prior. She was fearful, growling and snarling and would not come out from under the truck. It took 3-4 hours and lots of trust building and she is now safe inside a foster home. I am guessing she is a Yorkie. I have posted on several facebook groups, NextDoor, and have registered her as found on 24petconnect as well as Paw Boost. She is not chipped. I looked on several platforms for reported missing dogs in the last two months and although some looked similar, they were not a match. Her fur looks a little wild, but she has no fleas and her nails have recently been trimmed, so I am worried someone is missing their baby. She may belong to someone who does not utilize social media. If she looks familiar to you, please reach out. She is inside a safe and warm home until we find her owners and if we don't, we will go through the necessary avenues to find her permanent placement.
