MISSING CAT PLEASE HELP

My cat has gone missing. He is a Tuxedo cat, male, fixed with a tibbed ear and has green eyes. He has a noticeable black patch of fur on his back leg and a little black spot of fur under his mouth as well(See Pics). His name is Oreo and he has no collar LAST SEEN: Oreo was last seen on November 25th,2025 at 10:30AM on Kingman Ave and Deland Ave which is right down the street from San Jose City College. He normally doesn’t travel far and stays in the complex or general area and always waits by our door when we go out somewhere. This is the second time we’ve lost him and when he was found the first time, he was found far away from us which means someone attempted to relocate him out of the area. We fear it may have happened again. Please contact me right away if you have seen him or think you may have seen him. We got home around 4:30PM last night and he wasn’t around and never came back later in the night either.
