Have you lost a dog? (Found pet)

Found a large black dog (maybe a boxer mix?) Male, in tact. Incredibly friendly, can’t tell how old he is. Found near McKinney Heights Park with a bowl of food & water, and a stuffed toy elephant. Tried taking to an ER but no chip was found. Currently seeking refuge in my backyard for the night. Currently plan is to contact Austin Animal Services Services in the morning at around 11am.
