Found two black cats

Is anyone missing their cats? I found them on W. 38th Street near Lamar. One fully black cat who looks to be a neutered male, though not 100% sure. The other is black with white on the neck, chest, and paws. The full black cat was very friendly and talkative and came right up to me for pets. Someone from the apartment complex I found them at said they often see them outside, but don't know if they have a home. I can't take them in and I'm worried about them with the cold weather this weekend :-( Already posted on nextdoor and Austin Lost and found pets Facebook.
