Reward to find missing cat

My piece of shit ex admits to throwing my cat out last week and refusing to return the rest of my belongings. The cat was lost in the neighborhood between E. Riverside and Vargas Rd. If anybody finds and returns him they will be compensated upon safe return. His name is Oscar. He is people shy but sometimes comes to his name.
