Found Dog - White pit bull, male, intact, near rosewood park.

Update: Were able to scan him for microchip and unfortunately he doesn't seem to be chipped. Found white pit bull, male, intact, near rosewood park. Rabies tag but no phone number or issuing agency or clinic info. Safe in my yard!
