Found a cat

This cat followed me into my apartment, since it's night and really cold outside I let it in and this cat has a tag on him with a qr code but it's all blurry so I cannot do anything and also it has a air tag on it so maybe the owner can find it. I am not sure how to handle pets, so what should I do thank you. This is at 78729
