Please help find dog taken near Pike Market

UPDATE: FOUND! She is safe and back with her owner. Thank you very much to this community! Please help find my friend's dog. She was taken from outside 2+U Tower around 4pm; they were headed toward Pike Market. Any information would be helpful. Thank you!
