Found French Pit-bull in Belltown

This dog was found between 2nd and 3rd Ave on Lenora yesterday (Friday the 17) evening around 6 pm. She was in the middle of the road and took off into traffic She didn't have a leash. When she was found she had a sparkly black collar with a bow and was wearing a jaws dog shirt. Dog had no chip or dog tags. Posting this for a friend because she can’t. If anyone knows whose dog this might be please reach out so we can get her home.
