Anybody missing a really nice guy?

Sorry if this is not the right place to ask this, but this handsome boy has been hanging out around my street in Park View for about a week. He seems too friendly to be a stray and cries whenever we leave him alone 😭 He’s being well fed by the neighbors and me but I just want to make sure someone’s not missing their baby (I would take him in myself for now but my cat would not allow it) Currently waiting for approval to join a Park View FB group to post there as well, but I would also welcome any other recommendations for places to post him. Thanks all.
