Found cat around South End

Found a lost cat around the Rutland Washington Community Garden in the South End. Friendly, scared of cars, does not meow, purrs really loudly once settled down. We contacted the number on its collar which was for 24PetWatch, but read some bad reviews on how they sometimes don’t contact owners so figured this is worth a shot.
