Found an abandoned dog at the Love's on Horizon, please help!

Hey guys, I'm traveling across the country and stopped for gas at Love's and found this absolute sweetheart of a dog that's been here since yesterday. I can't take her because I have my dog and no room in my car. I can't bare to leave her and all of the numbers I've called haven't been helpful. Please anyone who is interested or has resources reach out!
