found dog at sonic on charlotte pike by marley's

he's not fixed, he's super sweet, had a shock collar of some sort... he's at MACC now, just wanted to get the word out! we would have kept him but we have a million cats and have no idea how he'd do with them ;-; hoping someone on here is looking for this sweet boy!! he's waiting for you at MACC!!! ETA: i added a comment update, but owner has reached out to us via facebook! thank goodness the bellevue fb group is quick about letting people post. skippy lou's never posted mine nor my partner's post, which is super disappointing. if anyone knows any mods from skippy lou's, please share that feedback with them.
