Anywhere I can pet cats for free or low cost?

I miss my cat and need to hold one. I’m visiting family in Pahrump, about an hour from Vegas. Anyone know where in Vegas I could find cats? Street cats, storefront cats, house cats, maybe we could figure that out, I dunno. Here’s a picture of Mr. Piss Man.
