Lost dog seen

Hello all, I saw this cute male Shepherd/mix around the Jackson and warford area and wanted to share. He has been regularly seen in the morning in the area for the past few days. He is wearing a collar and harness but I'm not sure if it had a tag or not, I couldn't get close enough to see as he would quickly walk away if I got too close. I work in the area so I am trying to get a hold of him if I see him. I will be searching for the owner, and if this is yours or a friends dog, provide proof and I can help from there.
