Found dog (known dog), looking for owner

My dog park group found this dog (the black and white one) walking up to the dog park without his owner last night. The dog is named Motley, I have seen his owner several times at Mud Island Dog Park, he's a decent guy and obviously loves his dog. I am unfortunately better with the dog's names than I am with the owners names. Edit: I was off on the owner's name, it is confirmed to be Irwin . I know he drives a late 90s-early 2000's ford F150 with a miss-matched fender. The best we can remember, he works/worked night shift with FedEx. One of our group currently has Motley, but if any of you know the owner, please contact me here and I will make sure that Motley and him are reunited. Edit: We are looking for Motley's owner to reunite them, but also just want to make sure that Irwin is okay. None of us have seen him around for a little while. Update: Motley's owner has been found and they have been reunited!
