Free Cat Clinic (Spay/Neuter and Vaccines)

My roommate and I just found a sweet cat outside in the Baltimore City County and he has fleas and I have no experience with any cats outside of my friends. I am looking to get him checked for microchip and such but don't know where to start snd am currently unemployed. If you all have any advice or know of places that offer any/all services please let me know!
