Lost Dog Alert: German Shepherd Seen in My Area

This morning around 7 AM (near 31st and Burnham, Milwaukee) I saw a German Shepherd running loose. He was darting through traffic and almost got hit a few times. He looked really scared and there was no owner in sight. If anyone in the area is missing their dog, please check around here ASAP. He seemed like he needed help finding his way home.
