Found phone

I was walking my dog in greenfield park today and i found this phone/id. I tried posting it before but people kept yelling at me cause i only blocked the address and not the name. I debated leaving it in case they went back but I took it and I’m charging it incase they try calling. If it was Milwaukee I’d try just going to the house but I’m not going all the way to Minnesota lol. Does anyone know this person I tried looking on Facebook but couldn’t find anything.
