Found very thin dog wandering near 33rd & Hampton — anyone missing one?

I came across a dog wandering near 33rd & Hampton earlier today. The dog appeared very underweight and skittish. I contacted MADACC to report it, but the dog wouldn’t allow me to get close enough to help. If anyone is missing a dog in that area or knows of one that recently got loose, please check with MADACC or message me here. Just trying to help get this dog home or to safety.
