Lost cat

Hey guys, our cat has been missing for about two weeks now. We've tried calling and looking at shelters, the cat café, facebook, nextdoor, everything at this point. The only thing I can think of is he wandered into someonnext door, and theyre taking care of him. He's very friendly. Has anyone seen him? Male long hair black cat. May have a blue collar with a star shaped bell although he likes to squirm out of it sometimes. He is fixed and responds to Cosmo. Last seen in Ventana ranch off of Woodstar Ave.
