FOUND PUPPY, very friendly and has injured leg. Does anyone know whose dog this is?

FOUND PUPPY Found near Belmont and Fulton. Not sure what we're going to do since we have a fully grown husky so we can't take him in. Please help us find this puppy's owners. His back right leg is injured and he has a limp.
