Missing polydactyl cat?

I've seen an adult blackish and white cat with obvious polydactyly in their front paws randomly comes to my yard multiple times at Carlin St and McDonald St. I'm not sure of it's sex but it is extremely friendly and affectionate, and is obviously not a street cat. I called animal control to see if it was chipped, they said they don't send out anyone for cats and I could try to catch it and bring it myself. The cat also had an imprint of a collar but wasn't wearing one, and is pretty thin compared to when I first saw him. I'll bring it to the shelter when I see them regardless to get them fed and off the street. If you are missing a cat like him, please message me how I can contact you when I see him again. Thank you!
