I need to find a home for my cat. PLEASE help.

So I lost my apartment a while back and had to rent a room where I wasn't allowed pets. My mom offered to take in my cat and I agreed but I HAVE to find a home for him. He's a sweet boy. His name is Boio. He's 5 years old and good with other cats and dogs. He mostly ignores children unless they're in his face and then he'll run off. I really don't wanna take him to SCRAPS. Does anyone know of a good alternative or have extra space in their home for a fur baby?
