Stray cat found, looking for advice or help

Anybody want or know what to do with this lil guy? He’s a stray that popped up in my yard without a collar or anything. He’s adorable and super sweet! I just can’t take him on and care for him but I’d love if someone else wants to give this lil guy a home! In the YS area!
