Lost Cat near Asheville Arms Apartments

Update: He is safe and back home with me! I was able to trap him and got him inside and he is unscathed just a bit dirty lol. Thank you so much to everyone for their help! ❤️ This my sweet boy Rory who went missing sometime on the morning of 1/19/26. The previous night he was in bed with me and my door was secure. I woke up yesterday morning to my door wide open and Rory missing. I'm so devastated and have no idea why my door was open and even the police were baffled as there was no forced entry. He is microchiped and is neutered with short black and white hair and yellow eyes. There is also a tiny chunk missing from his right ear. Went missing on 102 Furman Ave at the Asheville Arms apartments close to chestnut street downtown. Also close to Taco temple and not far from the Trader Joe's on Merrimon Ave. I have put his blanket and some food outside as well as flyers and posted him in lots of places and reported him missing with Asheville Humane Society. If anyone sees him or knows anything please please reach out as I adore him dearly, this is a terrible situation and literally my worst nightmare. I love this cat so much we've been through so much together.
