Hills Prescription Diet Kidney Care Canned Cat Food

I have some cans of Hills Prescription Diet Kidney Care canned cat food that I'm happy to gift to a home with a cat diagnosed with distressed kidneys. This food is not appropriate for a healthy cat. I have tuna and chicken flavors. The Humane Society does not accept prescription food. I reached out to the Alternative Humane Society several days ago but have not heard back.
