Found Cat on Sunday near Loring Park

I found this absolute UNIT of a cat near LaSalle and Oak Grove St on Sunday. He's pretty darn fat, his coat is nice, and he's VERY friendly with people. This is someone's pet for sure. I'm fostering him at the moment, but I'd love some help finding his owner... assuming the owner wants him back, of course. The more I think about it, the more likely it seems that someone dumped him in Loring Park. Regardless, he'll be getting a good home if the owner doesn't come forward.
