Spotted lost cat?

We saw this very affectionate orange cat around Clark and Belmont in a small walkway next to the Blum animal hospital. Not sure if anyone has lost a cat recently in this area but he seemed very tame and used to humans. Was wearing a collar but with no tag. Just wanted to spread notice in case he was missing
