I-35 NB mm 171 Truck Parking

I-35NB mile marker 171, Mullhall, Oklahoma - in the truck parking area. This young border collie mix male was searching for food. He was very very skinny, and had a black leather collar on. He wont come near, but will eat food if placed at a distance and left. Will be notifying the local shelter on Monday when they open. Until then ... did anyone lose this poor baby?
