Lost cat in Atlanta, Doraville area

Hi Reddit, My friend's cat, Silver, has gone missing around 10/19 around the Doraville area. Zipcode 30340. Last seen around cross street Pleasantdale Road and Pleasant Shade Drive. Silver's description: Grey, white and black striped tabby. Outdoor cat. Microchipped. Friendly and won't attack others. Scared of people, will run away from them. Will approach strangers only if they're offering food/treats. Top of left ear is clipped off/missing. Right ear MIGHT be tipped (not sure). Roughly 12 - 13 years. Seemed ill around the day he went missing, wasn't eating. Neighbors also spotted a coyote in the area about 2 weeks prior to his disappearance. Please refrain from making negative comments.
