Group of dogs (possibly taken)

There is an unhoused individual holding these dogs with no shelter, food, or water at a motel (Relax Inn) off N. Tryon. They do not go in that house or whatever it is, they have been left outside 24/7 for almost two weeks now. The individual is trying to "sell" them. I am posting this in hopes that if you are missing a dog that matches the description of any of these please lmk. I have called 311 to report this and nothing has been done. Sadly this is the reality of Charlotte and the laxxed animal welfare laws out here.
