Help n St. Louisain lay her service dog to rest

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My faith in humanity is restored. Hi all, My apologies if this isn't allowed. I saw this post in an STL FB group yesterday and my dumb self really wanted to help. I was able to reach out to Dawn and Uber her to the veterinary hospital to try to get her service dog some care, only to find out that they told her he had an untreatable cancer and needed to be put down. Broke my damn heart, and hers is obviously broken too. She is having trouble paying her utility bills and affording the bare minimum of life costs, so the $900+ bill this generated is going to be a huge burden for her
