Bow Wow Boutique Grooming in Oakley

PSA do not take your pet to this groomer. They do not care about your pet. They have everyone with Saturday “appointments” drop their dog off from 9-10am and then hold them there all day until they are ready (sometimes until 6/7pm). Every time my dog has been there for 7-8 hours at least and I have to keep calling to check on her- if you don’t call they will wait to groom your dog last after they have been there all day. They also don’t care for the dogs while there. My dog always has to go to the bathroom immediately after leaving the building and when she gets home she drinks water like she hasn’t had any all day. She also hasn’t eaten because she was there for over 7 hours. One time they lost her collar and then never found it again. Another time the groomer told me that she gave my dog
