Found dog looking for a good home

So last night I was taking a late walk through a park and as often occurs, I see an abandoned dog. Usually the dogs keep their distance or maybe bark a bit but this one was about as nice and friendly as a dog could be. After a few seconds of happy attention and pets, she started to walk beside me during my walk. I walked several miles, partly in some small hope her owners could be around but of course they were not. She didn’t leave my side except for a brief investigation of a skunk, fortunately she didn’t get sprayed. When I get to my temporary rental house she acts as if it’s also her house and begs to come inside. I hesitate at first, I’m not allowed to have dogs there and I’m also leaving in two days to work on the road out of hotels for the next month or so. Definitely can’t make any
