For a few under-the-radar acts, check out the list below. Mk.gee - a southern New Jersey native who played Jimmy Kimmel’s show earlier this year, this experimental indie artist with a new album debut will be playing at White Oak Music Hall this Friday. El Grito - this Sunday is Mexican Independence Day! Miller Outdoor Theatre will feature Caña Dulce y Caña Brava, who will play traditional string instruments such as the harp and the jarana, percussion and zapateado following the Grito ceremony. Luna Li - this 27 year-old from Toronto will be playing chill indie pop (guitar reminiscent of Mac DeMarco) this Sunday at White Oak Music Hall.
