Black dog running down S Havana St at 11am

I called 311/animal control but they were bouncing me back and forth between Aurora and Denver so I’m really hoping they got the call. I followed this dog for half an hour before I lost sight of him. He was nearly hit by a car three times until he got off of Havana! The dog seems very fearful of humans. Animal control was bouncing me back and forth between Denver and Aurora so i’m really hoping they got the call. I lost sight of the dog last at 10691 E Bethany Dr, Aurora, CO 80014.
