In need of help, 3 young cats.

We've recently had these 3 young cats show up on our porch. The white one has a flea collar on but she's out here all day/night the last 3 days. The two young kittens are dirty and nervous around people. If we stay still on the porch they will run between us. But I'm lost on what to do now. I cannot take them inside as we have 6 cats already. I was wondering of anyone knew who could help trap them and get them the help they need. My heart breaks seeing them outside and it's gonna start getting cold soon.
