Searching for a home for Murdock

Hey all. My best friend's dad passed away recently, and his widow is not able to care for their dog, Murdock, anymore. He is a certifiable Very Good Boy, who is losing his home through no fault of his own. I actually found him as a stray puppy who wandered into my backyard in November 2019. He was so skinny and my friend's parents took him in immediately. I've been told he may do best as an only dog, as he's not well socialized with other dogs.
