Found Dog

Name is Shasta, but chip phone number is out of date. She is at the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh in the east end (Homewood). Hoping her owner sees this! edit: I have called / emailed / messaged the owner. Hoping they get my messages and can go grab her.
