Found cat in East Walnut Hills

Hi folks. Thought posting here was worth a shot - a new cat showed up on our street in East Walnut Hills (photo attached.) It's not one of the many regular outdoor cats that live in our neighborhood - very friendly, well-groomed, well-fed. He (she?) sure seems like someone's pet that got out. Haven't been able to catch him and see if he is chipped. Anyone missing this guy?
