LOST CAT/PLEASE HELP!

Description: Medium sized, all silvery gray (solid color), thick but not overly long fur on the body, long bushy fur on the tail, big fluffy paws, green eyes, tuffs of fur in the ears- EXTREMELY FRIENDLY! Wants to be indoors desperately:( Hey all, there’s a cat on Best Street that I’ve seen on Saturday and then again tonight, she (he?) is soooo sweet and runs right up when you call, and definitely is very well socialized with humans- rolling over for belly scratches, allowed burs/mats to be removed from her tail and was purring comfortably, an layed in my lap for as long as she could. I’m staying in an Airbnb currently, and she has tried to run inside every single time the door opens- she ran straight into the kitchen the first time. It’s just breaking my heart because she’s so clearly a persons cat, so i’m wondering if maybe she’s an indoor outdoor cat (if so she has very irresponsible owners!!) or if she was dumped and left behind by someone:( or maybe she ran away! Either way, I’m leaving tomorrow and will have a couple hours in the morning to do something if needs be. I wish I could take her home!!
