Lost dog found, need placement or help contacting shelters, its going to rain tonight and i dont want to leave him tied out there

He has a collar but is seemingly lost, no identification on collar either, seems friendly to both dogs and cats. Just need help, can anyone place him, or find me a shelter that can, im running on no sleep but i can't do this on my own. Am willing to help with food. submitted by [comments]
