Found dog in Old Lou

Our neighbors on ormsby found this little guy tonight running around in the rain. No collar and they haven’t had a chance to get him scanned for a chip. Does anyone recognize him? Update: they got him scanned and he is chipped but it’s a Louisiana number that’s been disconnected. He’s 8 years old and neutered. 2nd update: it appears his owner has dementia and “let him go”.
