This adorable Puppy was found close to the freeway entrance at night and very scared

PLEASE HELP!! This adorable Puppy was found close to the freeway entrance at night and very scared. We picked him up because he was going to get ran over. We posted on different FB pages and found the owners but they say they dont want him back unfortunately we cant keep him due since we have too many pets already. If anyone can help us find a good home for this cutey we will be very thankful. Dog located in La Puente, CA for now
