I hope there is a cat rescue group out there or TNR group seeing this

Please keep an eye out in South Gate, man who feeds cats abused one of them ⚠️ PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR OUR COMMUNITY CATS 🐈 # SOUTH GATE There is a man who regularly rides a bike behind the library and leaves food out for the community cats. I’ve personally seen him feeding them before. Today, however, I witnessed something that really concerned me. I saw him feeding one of the cats and then handling the cat very roughly—pulling on its front legs and pushing/pinning the cat down onto the ground. I immediately yelled at him to stop and leave. What worries me is that these cats have learned to approach him because he brings them food, which makes them vulnerable if they’re being handled this way. I’m sharing this so others who care for or watch over these cats can please be alert. If you see anyone mistreating them, document what you personally witness and report it. 🐾❤️ These cats deserve to be fed and cared for—not frightened or hurt. I will get photos of the cats but right now they are hiding in the school. I’ve also seen a pregnant cat a while back. I’m hoping this guy isn’t doing crazy malicious things to these cats. Because I after seeing what I saw today I think his intentions aren’t what they seem. I hope there is a cat rescue group out there or TNR group seeing this
