A very senior Great Dane has been seen in the same vicinity since Saturday on a street in the City of Rochester, NY. She is standoffish but not aggressive. Hungry and thirsty enough to keep returning to one same house for meals and water. She has found a safe place to bed down in another neighbor's backyard. No one on the street has ever seen this dog before My suspicions tell me she was dumped. Can ANYONE possibly help this poor old sweet dog with a place to stay? I know nothing about her but even if you have a garage or a spare room, finished basement? It is heartbreaking to think she us alone and afraid.
