Missing Dog on the freeway!

It’s not the best photo, so I do apologize in advance. My boyfriend came across a gentleman trying to retrieve someone’s missing dog on the freeway🐕 They both tried to retrieve the baby from the freeway, but he was too scared to receive help. He ended up running into the woods nearby off interstate 73. (Rather that’s north or south I’m not sure, I’m also not from here) If you come across him/her please be mindful that they might runaway, and show them lots of love! Hopefully they make it back to the owner ❤️🩹
