It had been there since and the shelter was unable to contact any owners

Update on the pigeon rescued from a chimney by Paloma Hulse: its flock mate with the same band number was at the Lancaster Animal Care Center. It had been there since September 20 and the shelter was unable to contact any owners. I was able to secure both and now have them in quarantine. If these are your birds, please contact me with proof of ownership. They will have sanctuary here in Tehachapi
