Hoping to find any info about a long lost dog

Hello! I'm not sure if this belongs here but please let me know if it doesn't! I'm posting this in hopes of finding my dog that my dad gave away at his bar around 2010 (Balboa area). His name was Moomoo because he had brown spots and splotches all over his body like a cow. He's a pitbull with hazel eyes and floppy ears (though maybe his new owners have modified this). He's neutered. He had a LOT of energy and jumped on people all the time. He really wasn't good with dogs he didn't know. When he was given away he was about 2 or 3 years old. He might be 13 or 14 years old right now. I thought my dad would keep him when my parents separated but he ended up giving him away almost as soon as my mom dropped the dog off at his bar that night. I've always been wondering where he could be and if he's doing well. I truly hope he's with better people and is living a good life... but if anyone knows otherwise, please reach out and let me know TLDR: I'm looking for a dog that was given away around 2010. I just want to make sure he's okay.
